SHIELDSPORT covers the SYDNEY region, we value our clients needs, and travel is negotiable.
All Personal training sessions 1 on 1 or group, can be conducted in the Northern Beaches Studio for obvious privacy , however in the summer months training outdoor is popular.
All programs will contain Outdoor sessions, especially Sport and Event specific.
Reduced rates for all monthly programs & financial commitments.
Programs must be paid by direct debit or paid in advance.

When considering weekly or monthly options, we do recommend three sessions per week. However, for our fitter clients, extended durations of 1.5 hrs over 2 sessions can be an option.
• One on one: Casual Rate $80 per hour
• Partner Program: (2 people one Trainer) $120 per hour Casual Rate
• Group Training: (schools, Corporate, sporting teams) $ 150 per hour,
minimum 4 participants.
The studio offers space for groups of up to 20 people. Book in for corporate sessions, X-Training and Pre competition sessions for any sport, school groups, or social/fun workouts.
Note: The rates for three programs below are based on a minimum period with a frequency of three times per week, and durations of one hour. As stated above, discounts apply to financial committments over a longer period of time, ie 3, 6, or 12 months, and or session durations 1-1.5hrs

At Shieldsport we have three Program package options.
1. Healthy & Happy Program
This package option is the most basic. It is more of a confirmation and maintenance style training, and suits those people who have some education about training, or have done some personal training in the past and wish to continue with Shieldsport.
3 x per week, optional 2 x 1.5hr sessions, min 1 month commitment. = $850 per month.
2. Back to my Best Program
For the people who have started to realize that they have let themselves go a little. It incorporates Goal Setting; Outcome based Targets, and some re-training. As the title suggests, it will remind you of what it’s like to be fit and healthy again, the way you were when you got married, were in high school, or when you played in the grand final.
3 x per wk, min 3 month commitment. = $2400 per 3 months.
3. Re-Me invention
This is a totally life changing experience, and encompasses everything required to re-invent and rejuvenate yourself. This is more than just physical training, it is an interpersonal journey. It includes nutrition consultation, Program progress and data analysis, and a variety of stimuli. It also requires full disclosure of personal information, and can conjure up emotional feelings and or stresses. If you see people on the street or on television and find yourself wishing or wanting to be where they are, or to be more like them, this is for you. Mind, Body, Spirit, yes very clichéd, but there’s reason for that.
3 x per wk minimum, 4 x per week suggested, as time is needed for theory based sessions and home visits, min 6 month commitment. = $4500 per 6 months.
