One-on-One Personal Training

 

 

 

 

One on one training is the most personal and comprehensive program, depending on the  package that you undertake. If it’s personal instruction you’re after, where a focus purely on achieving your goals is the outcome, this is the obvious choice. The theories and techniques used when implementing our one on one training will be different depending on the individual.

The program will be progressive, and periodical. Individuals learn, develop, and adhere to the programs at different rates so the programs are tailored to suit each and every person. You are unique; that is why any two personal one on one programs should never be identical.

Partner Program
If you have a person in your life that shares a common goal, or is on a similar path to yourself in terms of health and fitness, why not recruit them for our partner program.

It is best suited to single gender pairs, but couples i.e. husband and wife could be successful, depending on fitness levels and obvious strength considerations. For some people having a training partner can be a great motivating tool, a competitive nature will often prevail, but this is not intended. Both males and females can unite with a close friend, work colleague etc under instruction from our trainers, in a supervised and personally developed program.

Partner training is quite unique, as there are various exercises that can be implemented using opposed situations. Not only is it beneficial for your personal goals or outcomes, it is always fun. Three is never a crowd when referring to our partner program.
