The facilities at the Shieldsport Studio allow enough space for quality circuit style classes.
Whatever sport it is your group plays, dwe create the suitable circuit and cross training principles required. We are professionally aware of the different skill acquisitions aligned to specific sports, and target the correct areas in terms of speed, strength, endurance and injury prevention. As well as circuit style training, we have a large number of flat bar bicycles set up on resistance trainers for an indoor cycle training session that guarantees to work your team hard for the pre and post season. These bikes are not spin style, and offer quantifiable results for the user such as gearing, cadence (RPM), distance and speed.
For larger teams or squads we implement unique sessions, where up to 20 people can train. These particular sessions are ideal for rugby players, soccer teams, rowers, swimmers, netballers and can suit just about any team, group or club.
